• As our products are natural and organic, slight variations in color, texture, or taste may occur and are not considered defects.
• If a product is received damaged, leaking, or incorrect, customers must inform us within 24 hours with photo/video proof.
• Opened or used products are not eligible for return or replacement due to hygiene and safety reasons.

We deliver Sethji Organics products across India. Availability may vary depending on location.

• Shipping charges depend on delivery location and order value.
• All applicable charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

• Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on the destination.
• Bulk or special orders may require additional processing time.
• Customers will be informed in case of delays.

• All products are carefully packed to ensure safe and hygienic delivery.
• Any damage during transit must be reported within 24 hours.

• Tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email once the order is shipped.

• Orders can be modified or cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

• If delivery is missed, courier partners will attempt re-delivery.
• After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned and additional shipping charges may apply.

• Please report damaged or incorrect items within 24 hours with proper proof.
• Products must be unused and in original packaging for replacement approval.
