- Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days.
- Bulk or special orders may require additional processing time.
- Customers will be informed in case of unexpected delays.
4. Packaging & Handling:
- All products are carefully packed to ensure safe and hygienic delivery.
- Liquid items like oils and honey are securely sealed to prevent leakage.
- Please report any damage within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
5. Order Tracking:
- Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email once the order is shipped.
6. Changes or Cancellations:
- Orders can be modified or cancelled only before dispatch.
- No changes or cancellations are allowed after dispatch.
7. Missed Delivery Attempts:
- If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, courier partners will re-attempt delivery.
- Repeated failed attempts may result in return shipment and additional charges.
